the so called jump to hyperspace requires that, still for apparently trivial reasons, between the two continuums where the discontinuity, generating the very instance, is inducted, a sort of exchange exists, whose prior determination requires remarkable difficulties.

the discontinuity is comparable to a situation where two absolutely different enviroments are made, through an artifice, coincident in a point, for a time tending to zero.

the jump to hyperspace happens in real time.

you could mistakingly suppose that the jump to hyperspace is more an operation than a physical entity.
